Project Manager - ERP

Snowys is on the hunt for an experienced, motivated and creative individual to evaluate ERP solutions, and present options & recommendations to the Snowys Board for consideration, as well as managing implementation of chosen platform.  The opportunity will be offered on either a fixed-term contract or an ongoing basis in order to secure the right candidate. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Work with staff to gain an understanding of current business requirements and procedures. 
  • Document requirements throughout each department, along with best-practice suggestions. 
  • Create a map of the ideal system structure. 
  • Research & compare ERP/System solutions to find the best fit for Snowys requirements. 
  • Create Road Map/Timeline of start to finish rollout, including approx. timeframes, costs and impacts to the business. 
  • Provide several options to Snowys board to consider along with recommendations and costings. 
  • Be primary contact between any vendor & Snowys. 
  • Create training documentation, signoffs and health checks for all new procedures. 

About you: 

  • Extensive experience and knowledge of ERP systems, including their features and benefits. 
  • Retail business experience. 
  • Ability and technical expertise to review, assess and recommend ERP systems and associated technology that fits with Snowys business requirements. 
  • Understand ‘best practice’ within all elements of ERP use. 
  • Have no brand/platform loyalty. 
  • Expertise and experience to oversee the implementation, training, and ongoing management of such an ERP. 
  • Experience working as a technical project manager.

Snowys is looking for an experienced Image Editor who knows Photoshop like the back of their hand, to take our product images to another level!

Applicants require a strong understanding of image editing, colour correction, file optimisation and file management - with an efficient work ethic and fastidious eye for detail.

This is a full-time position based in our Adelaide office, ideal for someone who enjoys repetition at a high output.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Sourcing, editing & exporting web-ready product images
  • Colour correcting images provided by our Studio Photographer
  • Maintaining a well organised image library
  • Communicating with internal & external partners
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Photoshop updates
  • Working under the Online Product Catalogue Manager

The essential skills that we’re looking for:

  • Advanced skills using Adobe Photoshop on PC
  • Strong understanding of all file types, working documents & file sizing
  • Basic photography skills and understanding

Applicants require a strong work ethic, a fastidious eye for detail but most of all, have the ability to write creative, informative & keyword-rich product descriptions, multiple times a day. This is a full-time position based in our Keswick, SA office, ideal for someone who enjoys repetition at a high output.

Responsibilities:

  • Write & publish storytelling product descriptions to our online store, snowys.com.au
  • Ability to research products to identify key features, specifications and other important product information
  • Prepare & upload keyword-rich descriptions for our brands & category pages
  • Stay up-to-date with SEO trends & best practices when writing for the web

Picker / Packer - Fulfilment Team
Casual | Torrensville, SA

We require new casual picker/packer team members in the Warehouse and Fulfilment team at our Online Distribution Centre in Torrensville, SA. The successful applicants will demonstrate the ability to work in a small team where speed, neatness and accuracy are essential.

Your main duties will be picking and packing website orders. You may also assist in goods inwards and restocking shelves. This position will begin as a casual role on a seven (7) day roster, primarily weekends (and public holidays).

About you:

  • Proven work history in picking & packing parcels preferred; however, not essential
  • A team player
  • A strong and respectful work ethic
