Due to the current disruptions around the country, there may be a delay with your delivery. Especially for the following areas:
VIC, NSW & QLD
Most orders are unaffected; however, some parcels are being delivered a few business-days later than estimated, and some larger items are delayed by up to an additional 30 business days. Example items include, but not limited to:
- Large tents, rooftop tents
- Shelters, gazebos, 4wd awnings
Most orders are unaffected; however, due to COVID restrictions in WA, some parcels are being delivered up to 10 days later than estimated.
Please know that we are unable to cancel orders which have already left our warehouse, but you may choose to return your order under our standard returns policy (snowys.com.au/returns).

Important delivery info...
Free delivery on orders over $49 has the following conditions:
- Free delivery does not apply to some remote postcodes. For exact delivery cost & times, refer to the delivery tab on each product page or in the checkout.
- To qualify, your order must be greater than $49 after any sale discounts *or coupons* are applied. The order value is not inclusive of any quoted delivery charges or other, non-product expenses.
- This free delivery offer may be withdrawn or altered at any time.
- Offer excludes Gift Cards.
- This offer only applies to orders placed online for delivery – pickup instore is free.
Orders valued between $0 - $49 will incur an $8 delivery charge. Both express delivery & remote delivery will be slightly more (exact price will be available in the checkout).
We're unable to deliver to a PO Box, Private Mail Bag or a Locker.
Changing delivery address after your order has been dispatched will incur additional charges from the courier.
If you elect to have your order sent to the nearest depot, but fail to collect or cancel your order after it is received by the depot, you will incur a $25 return fee.
If you've elected to have your order 'sent to the nearest depot' please be aware that the depot could be of distance from your delivery address.
We dispatch from our warehouses during business hours Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays).
If you've missed delivery or your nearest depot is too far away, we can organise redelivery with the courier. However, this will incur an additional charge from the courier.
Deliveries are made during business hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Please inspect the package for damage before signing. If the package is damaged but the contents look unaffected, note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing. If the package is damaged to an extent that the contents may be damaged, please refuse delivery and call us on 1300 914 007.
Some remote postcodes can incur a small subsidised cost.

Due to safety concerns, courier drivers have the right to refuse delivery if the property has an aggressive dog or a 'Beware of the dog' sign. In this instance, you'll be required to pickup your order from the nearest depot.
Our couriers do not provide a door-to-door service in all locations around Australia. Some remote addresses may require collection from a local depot.

Our estimated express delivery times might takes a little longer due to shipping or air schedules.
Any prices quoted for free or express delivery to most small and medium islands is only available to the nearest mainland depot.
If a location is listed as a mainland depot collection, but you require delivery to the actual island, please contact us and we'll be happy to provide a quote for any additional costs.
If an island isn't listed here, unfortunately we're only able to deliver to the nearest mainland depot.
